Basil arrived in E.D.N. III ten years before the Green Eye attack and death of Gale. Gale saved Basil from danger and like Wayne, he gave Basil a harmonizer although being a different type from Wayne's harmonizer. She managed to survive for thirty years after the death of Gale, she first encounters Wayne in a VS duel. After the fight ends, she leaves. She sacrifices herself to help Wayne by stopping the advancing NEVEC soldiers by detonating a wave of placed bombs.
