Bug Rancher
Bug Ranchers are a group of pirates who have been able to capture and ride Akrid, even being able to go as far as graft weaponry onto them. This is not thought to be the Akrid's choice as the weaponry grafted to them could affect their central nervouse system. Their very armor is made from the Akrid Voddog. They are an enemy faction in the campaign, but can be used for multiplayer as part of the Snow Pirate Elites. They seem to be affiliated with NEVEC as they are found guarding NEVEC's underwater base. Their three Akrid VS's are the Dongo Gear, the Battle Neegal, and the Tencale 8. Hunters are also affiliated with Bug Ranchers.
