Percival was a Ex-NEVEC soldier who first appears as part of a rescue team along with Lancelot and a few other Ex-NEVEC soldiers to infiltrate a Carpetbagger stronghold in Central City to save Camelot and Tristan who were held captive. Percival, Lancelot and other Ex-NEVEC soldiers crashed landed on the building when their Osprey was under heavy fire by Carpetbagger air defense. While the pair were making their way into the building, Camelot and Tristan managed to escape by the help of a Carpetbagger who betrayed his faction in order for the two to escape from captivity.
