The Task Force First Descent was a special forces organization made up of clones from a experimental supersoldier project using NEVEC employee Ivan as a genetic template. Because the template's supposedly betrayal of the company, NEVEC would often send them on suicidal mission to thin out their ranks in case of possible betrayal from them.
Contrary to NEVEC's suspicious attitude towards them, the NEVEC deserters have faith on them and apparaently care about their wellbeing.
They appear in episodes two and six. In episode two they are seen in both in cinema and gameplay. In episode six they are seen in two cinematics but do not appear again. However when Camelot puts the GPS on the Over-G Akrid, Task Force First Descent is heard as NEOS is Hurdling into E.D.N. III to destroy the Over-G.
