Tristan was a Ex-NEVEC soldier who first appears with Camelot imprisoned in Central City. The cause of his captive was unknown, though he was set free by a unfamiliar Carpetbagger when Ex-NEVEC soldiers led by Lancelot and Percival infiltrated the building.
