The Turret Gun is only encountered in Episode 3, Chapter 3.
Two of them are located at the back of the Railway Gun on the right railway track. They are highly accurate and causes blowback and must therefore be destroyed quickly.
One of them can be used during the fight against Red Eye, it reloads automatically, but it can't shoot while turning. During the final phase of the fight against Red Eye, it gets destroyed rather quickly.
